We will only replace or refund your item if there is an manufacturing error, such as a production mistake or not providing the item you ordered. Your item will be processed exactly according to the information you provide to us, so please double-check for mistakes before you place your order. We retain all correspondence between us and the customer. No exceptions! Once you pay for your order you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Our processing team starts processing your order as soon as we receive it. Once your order is paid and received you cannot cancel it. However, you can contact us immediately if something needs to be revised. We will see where we are in the processing stage and let you know if we are able to apply the revision. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to revise your order, and therefore the cancellation policy will still be in effect. No exceptions! Please make sure everything is correct before pacing order. Once you pay for your order you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping

Shipping:

We ship via USPS and UPS services. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when items have been shipped. We carefully pack our items using protective packaging and ship orders out in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee delivery times. We will not compensate if your package is delayed, lost or damaged because of bad weather, any other natural disaster, any unpredictable or unpleasant circumstances. Once a package has been scanned by delivery service for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between buyer and shipping company. Please file all claims with shipping company. First class mail does not carry insurance, as such claims for late, damages or lost mail cannot be filed on those packages.
